EDIT*Here is what i have in experience
java knowledge : 9/10 anything i don't know i figure out.
Recent staff: i have been admin one 5 servers while hosting 6 different ones.
buisness: i have a small RSPS buisness now down for construction.
Why i am here: cuz i love playing on other people's servers, this by fare is the best (other than mine XD )
If you give me mod or admin, i am on most of the day, and i know how to prevent syi's and anti-spyware, i had 6 different server developement forums (all shut down after vollunteers ran scarce) before i was a server hoster, and i am a self proclaimed guru of the server industry.

dude...your not gonna get mod with that..you have to give more detail then that. Tell us about yourself...your hobbies stuff you do how you can help the server...ect.
